Specialized in product strategy, Raveendra uses his domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Operations Management, and ERP Consulting for optimization of a firm’s supply chain and production process.
He has served in prominent groups across industries: Manufacturing (Abbvie, ABInBev), Retail (Macys, Lowes, CVS, Wal-Mart, Target, Carrefour) and others. Raveendra’s leadership thrusts Marvica’s strength in tailormade innovative solutions towards operational excellence of a business.
Krishna brings 20 years of technical expertise to the Marvica leadership team, focusing on solution development and technology integration. As a seasoned Technical Architect, he specializes in middleware solutions, software architecture, and system design. Krishna’s technical prowess has been pivotal in designing and developing scalable, secure, and robust middleware applications across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Marvica, Krishna was a Senior Java J2EE Architect for Resolve Tech Solutions and led the design and implementation of advanced middleware applications for diverse business domains. It is this love for technology and innovation that is driving Marvica to lead the curve within the ever-evolving IT landscape.
Archana brings 9 years of broad industry experience to the table with both technical and business roles. Her background has been as an experienced .NET Developer, freelance daycare specialist, and customer and sales executive in the insurance domain. Archana’s extensive knowledge in staffing, screening, and recruitment enables Marvica to attract top talent and build high-performing teams.
